Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up VMC / CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Ensure machining accuracy and maintain quality standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and carry out basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the tool room team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in working with controllers: Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Hass, Sinumerik.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and precision operations.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a team environment.
